In the bottom bar, you will find the turquoise chat icon.

Try sending us a message!

Now close the chat window. Can you read the message at the bottom left?

Is your volume high enough? Headphones connected?

Is your microphone turned on in the bottom bar?

Are your headphones connected? Which browser are you using?

Browser permission granted? No? Restart your browser, grant permission/open settings.

If you have headphones available, please use them. Others will hear you better and without echo. You don't have headphones? Then you may need to mute yourself periodically at the bottom.

You can adjust the quality under the settings.

Close as many open programs as possible.

Restart your browser. Restart your computer.

Hardware: Are you using a keyboard/mouse? -> Please use them.

Navigation explanation: Hold down the left mouse button, use WASD on the keyboard to move around.

Are the others not moving either? Then please try the following steps:

Reload the page, close open programs, restart the browser, restart the computer (clear cache).
